We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false or misleading information, or is otherwise inappropriate.

When you make a booking through ZZZzebra, you enter into a contract directly with the property owner. We facilitate this transaction but are not a party to the rental agreement.

Payment terms, including deposits, cancellation policies, and refunds, are determined by the property owner and will be displayed at the time of booking. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your booking.

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZZZzebra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

ZZZzebra acts as a platform connecting property owners and guests. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the condition of any property, or any disputes between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZZZzebra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
